•Originate and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, to increase public awareness of the company's unique loungewear offerings; create photo/video content to showcase brand mission.
• Served as primary liaison between company and customer base, promptly answering all brand/order inquiries and requests to create positive experiences.
• Support apparel designs, create graphics
• Design array of digital and print assets for marketing, campaigns, website, social, and print use.
• Assist ecommerce management.
• Create and manage marketing and social calendars.
